College Enrolment Procedure

All incoming freshmen and transferees must proceed to the Office of the Student Affairs (OSA) for advice.

The enrolment procedure form (enrolment flow chart), together with the RF (Registration Form), is given free to all enrollees upon submission of their admission requirements. Interested parties may also be given this form upon request.

Appraisal of Subjects

The year level adviser is tasked to appraise the subjects taken in by the students in the previous semester.
Prior to enrollment the student is required to submit their class cards of all subjects enrolled in the previous semester. The grades earned are then transferred in their individual folders.

A student with an incomplete grade is advised to complete his/her grade within a period of one year. Otherwise, the incomplete grade will automatically be converted to 5.0. ( a failing grade).

Pre-Requisites

Subject enrolled without the necessary pre-requisites should not be credited regardless of the grades obtained.

Accreditation of Subjects

The basis of accreditation is the descriptive title and not the course number. Where there is uncertainty, the transferee should be required to submit a detailed course description of the subject in question from his/ her school of origin.

Subject Load and Sequence

A full load shall be based upon the number of units prescribed in the approved curriculum per semester. No student shall be allowed to enroll an extra load without the approval of the CHED. A student applying for extra load shall course his application through the Office of the Dean, the Registrar and the CHED.

Sequencing of subjects must be strictly followed. No student is allowed to enroll and earn credits in advanced subjects unless he has passed the prerequisite subjects. A student shall carry only a load of 2 units for physical education subjects. NSTP is a part of the subject load for freshmen pursuant to government regulations.

Request For Cross Enrollment

Cross- enrolment may be granted under the following conditions:

a.) The subjects are not offered in the mother school during the particular term the student is enrolled.

b.) The total load must not exceed the prescribed number of units in the curriculum for the particular term.

c.) The student is graduating that particular term
