1. To provide undergraduate students with a broad foundation in the Humanities, Social sciences and communication for further training beyond the baccalaureate degree;
2. To equip students with effective basic communication skills, critical thinking and Christian values;
3. To develop the degree of competence in the students' chosen field of specialization necessary for immediate gainful employment;
4. To build students' sense of social responsibility, nationalism and internalism.
