Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following:

• Information Technology (BSIT)
• Computer Science (BSCS)
• Information Systems (BSIS)
• Computer Engineering (BSCE)

Preferable with units or exposure to Management Information Systems

Core Technical Skills

• A Strong MIS Programmer should demonstrate:
  • PHP
  • Python
  • Java/C#
• Web Developmenmt:
  • HTML, CSS, Javascript
  • Frameworks (Laravel,Django, .NET optional)

Database Management:

• MySQL/MariaDB/PostgreSQL
• SQL optimization, normalization
• Backup and recovery strategies

Systems Integration:

• API Integration (RESTful services)
• Interfacing with:
  • Enrollment Systems
  • HRIS
  • Finance Systems
  • LMS Platforms
• Soft Skills
  • Process-oriented thinking (aligning IT with academic workflows)
  • Documentation skills (SOPs, system manuals)
  • Coordination with:
    • Registrar
    • Accounting
    • HR
  • Problem-solving under operational pressure (e.g., enrollment periods)

• Professional License or Licensure Exam Results, if applicable
• NSO/PSA – Authenticated Live Birth ( and Marriage Certificate, if Applicable)
