#IChooseFILAMER | The College of Hospitality and Tourism Management provides students knowledge on the management theories and practices they need, and equips them with skills on different areas of operation they want to focus or specialize such as food and beverage service, bartending, housekeeping, front office, Asian and international cuisines, tour guiding, tour and travel operation, and ticketing. Students are also given opportunities to undergo international practicum or on-the-job training in different places such as United States and Thailand; and local practicum in known hotels and establishments.

BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT

Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management (BSHM) is a four-year program that explores the process of planning, development, human resource management in hotels, restaurant, resorts system, and cruise ship operations. . Additionally, this program aims to provide an in-depth knowledge and skill on food and beverage, fundamental concepts in finance, marketing and staff management. FCU BSHM is Accredited Level III by ACSU-ACI with specializations in Cruise Ship Operations and Hotel and Restaurant Management.
