CTE Dean receives commendation as PAFTE Vice Chairperson

Filamer Christian University College of Teacher Education Dean, Dr. Jonathan Leal, was recognized as the Outstanding Chairperson of the Philippine Association for Teachers and Educators (PAFTE), Inc. – Region VI during the Turnover Ceremony and Initial Strategic Planning Workshop for the newly elected Regional VI officers for the 2026–2028 term, held in Iloilo City on June 6.

As an outgoing officer, Dr. Leal, together with the 2024–2026 PAFTE Region VI officers, also received a plaque of appreciation in recognition of their dedicated service and valuable contributions to the organization. The awards honored their leadership in advancing professional development, fostering academic collaboration, supporting research initiatives, and strengthening teacher education across Western Visayas.
