FCU elementary aims to provide conducive school environment where effective teaching and learning processes are a priority, and to transform the pupils holistically and prepare them for their studies in Junior and Senior High School and in the tertiary levels, and beyond. FCU elementary program is Accredited Level II by the ACSCU-ACI.

The FCU Elementary School aims for the total development of the child for the attainment of the highest quality of life.
1. To manifest the Christian faith, beliefs and love in the life of the pupils in line with the Christian Mission of the school.2. To equip children with the basic skills in Reading, Language, Writing, Mathematics and other subject areas in preparation for the next higher level education in search for academic excellence.3. To instill in them moral values, love of country, countrymen and culture, and to train them to be morally upright citizens and responsible leaders of the school, of the community and of the nation as a whole.4. To expose pupils and let them participate in religious, cultural, and civic activities so that they will develop their potentials as mature, responsible individuals.5. To provide opportunities for pupils to learn and practice basic health habits, cleanliness, develop skills and right attitudes of good workmanship, follow and execute simple directions so that they will develop a wholesome, healthy, wise and competent personality.6. To promote and maintain a wholesome pupil-parent-teacher relationship in the school and in the community.
