Students are also given opportunities to undergo international practicum or on-the-job training in different places such as United States and Thailand; and local practicum in known hotels and establishments.

Additionally, this program aims to provide an in-depth knowledge and skill on food and beverage, fundamental concepts in finance, marketing and staff management. FCU BSHM is Accredited Level III by ACSU-ACI with specializations in Cruise Ship Operations and Hotel and Restaurant Management.
