Maria Niña Ysabelle L. Dela Cruz, a 4th Year Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship student from the College of Business and Accountancy of Filamer Christian University, Inc., was named Most Outstanding Student in Entrepreneurship during the ENEDA National Conference 2025 held on September 17–19 at the University of San Carlos Talamban Campus, Cebu City.
The event, hosted by USC and ENEDA Philippines, gathered over 30 schools nationwide offering business programs, highlighting innovations and best practices in entrepreneurship education.
Dela Cruz earned the recognition for her active involvement in startups, projects, and competitions, as well as her strong leadership, innovation, and commitment to ethical responsibility. She excelled in the selection criteria, which included entrepreneurship initiative, creativity, business acumen, measurable impact, teamwork, resiliency, community engagement, and academic performance.
ENEDA, established in 2002 and recognized as the country’s only entrepreneurship association, continues to champion entrepreneurship education and honor young innovators like Dela Cruz who exemplify excellence in the field.
