3 Filamerian students to represent PH in ASEAN Student Mobility Program

Three Filamerian students will represent the country in the ASEAN Student Mobility Program in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, February 19-25.

Danica Rose T. Bernal, 4th Year BA Political Science, Rollyn Angelie B. Oso and Joevan A. Reliente, both 3rd Year BA Political Science students, will join the 2025 ASEAN Universities Exchange and Forum. They will also participate in the different contest categories. Bernal is already chosen as one of the top 7 out of 86 participants in the semifinal round of the Young Speaker Contest and will compete again in the next round; while Oso and Reliente will take part in the ASEAN Future Innovators Challenge.

They will also join various activities, in relation to the promotion and support to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, which will be hosted by different universities across Malaysia, with University Utara Malaysia as the lead.

Together with the students is Prof. Mary Antoinette B. Fajardo, chairperson of the Social Sciences Department, College of Arts and Sciences.

This is part of the continuous effort of FCU in strengthening her collaboration and partnership initiatives with other universities across Asia through the Office for International Programs.
