Filamer Christian University (FCU) welcomed back its proud graduates in a heartwarming Alumni General Assembly held at Roblee Hall on August 23.
The event, organized by the Alumni Affairs Office brought together generations of Filamerians who share a deep bond with their alma mater.
The program opened with a thanksgiving worship service, a signature tradition that reflects FCU’s Christian heritage delivered by Rev. Medy Alimonae.
Atty. Remia Fuentes, member of the FCU Board-of-Trustees (BOT) and an officer of Alumni Association, Inc., welcomed the attendees reminding them of their times in Filamer as students, and how they have contributed to building the reputation of the school as professionals.
Highlights of the gathering included acknowledgement of different batches, Business Meeting, and election of FCUAAI BOT and FCU Corporation members.
The event concluded with renewed pledges of support for the University’s programs and projects ensuring that future generations of students will continue to benefit from the legacy of excellence and Christian service that defines FCU.
