Filamer Christian University, Inc. (FCU) conducted an Internal Auditor’s Training for ISO 21001: Educational Organization Management System (EOMS) from November 24 to 28, 2025, at the FCU Board Room.

The five-day training was conducted by the university’s ISO consultant, Mrs. Estrella Buenaventura, in with the Quality Assurance (QA) Office headed by Dr. Eleonor Bechayda.

Participants included designated internal auditors and selected personnel from various offices and academic units of the university.

The training focused on strengthening participants’ competencies in conducting internal audits aligned with ISO 21001 standards as well as actual auditing activities of different offices.

Key topics discussed included Internal Audit Training and Root Cause Analysis, equipping participants with the necessary skills to identify nonconformities, analyze underlying causes, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.

Internal Auditors were formally recognized through an awarding ceremony last January 24, 2026.

The activity is part of FCU’s continuous efforts to enhance its quality management practices and ensure compliance with international standards, reinforcing the university’s commitment to delivering quality education and effective organizational management.
