Filamer Christian University (FCU) through its Research and Continuing Education Center (RCEC) partners with Turnitin Philippines on September.

With the rise of plagiarism and artificial intelligence (AI) which can be utilized to produce academic papers, FCU initiated the project so to ensure the authenticity of any papers which includes theses, essays, fiction, etc.

Turnitin is a leading provider of academic integrity solutions globally, and has recently activated its AI writing detection capabilities.

The technology identifies the use of AI writing tools including ChatGPT, with 98 percent confidence, enabling educators to analyze and review the authenticity of academic work according to Business Insight.

The service is available at RCEC office for P500.00 only per run.
