Filamer Christian University, Inc. (FCU) will be constructing a one-storey Alumni Hall formally announced through a groundbreaking ceremony on January 10.
Located beside the Guest house and Robbins Building, the facility will serve as an office, a dedicated venue for alumni meetings, reunions, and other campus engagements.
The ceremony opened with a call to worship led by University Chaplain Rev. Medy Alimoane, followed by messages of commitment and support from FCU Alumni Association, Inc. President Atty. Remia Fuentes-Bartolome, University President Dr. George Cortel, and Board of Trustees Chairman Atty. Zacarias Bedona, who emphasized the vital role of alumni in advancing the university’s mission.
An overview of the proposed building was presented to the attendees.
The event concluded with a benediction, and a photo opportunity with alumni leaders, board members, and university officials.
