Michael Angelo V. Mendoza, a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2011, topped the Philippine Nurses Special Professional Licensure Examination 2024 conducted in the Middle East and Singapore last June 16-17.
Mendoza gained an 85.40% rating securing him the fourth spot among 1,156 passers (out of 1,806 examinees).
According to Angelo, it was his goal to top the board exam, and this was actualized through his hardwork and dedication.
With his feat, Mendoza joins the rank of Filamerian trailblazers in the nursing exam totaling to 20 topnotchers.
The last Filamerian topnotcher in the Nursing Licensure Examination was Jayson A. Adoyogan who placed 10th (83.80%) among 16,908 passers.
