1. FIll out the Nursing Aptitude Test (NAT) Online Registration Form (https://bit.ly/FCUNATOnlineReg)

2. Proceed to the Guidance and Counselling Center (GCC) Main Office to set date for the examination

3. Get a transaction number from GCC, and pay P350.00 at the Cashier.

Note:

A. Schedule of NAT is every Tuesday and Thursday, 8:30 to 11 am and 1:30 to 4 pm.

B. Come on time during your NAT schedule

C. Payment for the NAT is non-refundable
