Filamer Christian University, Inc. will undergo through the second stage of the Educational Organization Management System (EOMS) under ISO 21001:2025 audit this March 2 to 4.
Engr. Mark Anthony Ilagan emphasized the areas and offices to be evaluated during the opening meeting at the Roblee Hall which includes student support services and top managements offices and.
“You do not have to worry since this audit activity will determine the areas that needed much attention for improvement. This process is for your university’s betterment,” Engr. Ilagan said.
Together with Engr. Ilagan are esteemed auditors including Lead Auditor Dr. Mark Anthony Vera, Dr. Francis Jay Dela Cruz, Dr. Asuncion Pacaldo Pabalan, Engr. Rica Mea Dimaculangan, Engr. Eugene Herradura, Mrs. Juvy Hamor, Mrs. Gina Japzon, Mr. Ronald Finez and FCU ISO:EOMS consultant, Estrella Buenaventura.
In his message, University President Dr. George Cortel warmly welcomed the auditors appreciating their efforts, as well as the employees of the university who he described as the “heart” of FCU.
“We are happy to receive you here. Rest assured that our university has “no filter,” meaning we will not be covering our weaknesses, since the main purpose of this activity is to see what’s lacking in our institution so that we can address them to improve our system,” Dr. Cortel said.
The first audit was conducted last February 2 to 3 where FCU passed the evaluation and officially became the first Philippine university to undergo ISO EOMS 21001:2025 auditing.
