The Filamer Christian University Student Organization shall be known as Filamer Christian University Student Republic, hereinafter referred to as the FCUSR. The FCUSR is an independent organization founded on the rights of Filamer Christian University students It recognizes education as a principal means of developing the students physically, intellectually, and spiritually in order to make them ideal citizens of the republic and true children of the Almighty; It believes that education is a right, not a privilege; It calls upon the Filamer Christian University students to express their grievances and defend their rights whenever necessary, through established legal means; It shall pursue an independent policy paramount consideration shall be the common interest of all Filamer Christian University students; and The independence of the FCUSR shall be inviolable, provided it will not contradict the existing policies and objectives of the University.

Kasanagan is a General Assembly that the FCU Student Republic is in-charge where the student can have a transparent and accountable academe, where the filamerian students can raise and ask their questions, concerns, queries, and clarifications to their Princiapls/Deans, Director of Student Affairs, Vice President of Administration, Vice President of Academic Affairs, Vice President of Finance, University President, and other heads of offices in the university in accordance to the institutional events, academic matter, financial concerns, and departmental issues.
FCUSR Week is a annual event celebration of the Student-Republic for the student-body where students can enjoy and participate in different contests and events for a week spearheaded by the FCUSR Nationals, highlights of this celebration are the following: DUAG Film Festival, Mr. and Ms. FCUSR, Battle of the Bands, Students’ Night, Quizbowl, FCUSR Talks, InterDepartmental Debate, and Sadsad.
White Gift Service is a once a year program of the university where organizations and offices of the university conducting a white gift service to different communities, centers, and places within the province of Capiz. FCUSR is one of the campus organizations participating in this program, FCUSR spearheading a white gift service every first or second week of December.
Oplan Balik Eskwela is a annual event spearheaded by the FCUSR National Officials, this event aims to welcome the freshmen and transferees of the university and also in this event , students of the university can get to know who are the university’s administrations, department deans/principals, and introduction of different campus organizations.
FCUSR conducting its leadership training and seminar every year in order for student-leaders to be more flexible, effective and competent, in this program we are inviting different professional individuals to speak and give us more ideas in leadership field and legislative works.
