Qualifications

• Preferably a Master Degree holder in Nursing
• Must have an updated PRC license
• Must be an active member of PNA or accredited professional nursing organization
• Must have at least 1 year of clinical experience

Requirements

• Diploma & Transcript of Records
• Certificate of General Weighted Average
• Professional License or Licensure Exam Results, if applicable
• NSO/PSA – Authenticated Live Birth ( and Marriage Certificate, if Applicable)
• Certificate of Employement for Previously employed applicant
