The agreement was signed by FCU President Dr. George Cortel and Bytelift Learning and Technologies, Inc. President Rafael Antonio Hernandez, together with Vice Presidents Dr. Minnie Chan (VPAA), Prof. Exequiel Calimutan (Administration), and Mrs. Esther Arceño (Finance), and representatives from Bytelift.
