Filamerian students enhanced their career readiness during the Pre-Employment Coaching Seminar held on April 8, 2026, at Roblee Hall, in partnership with DOLE Capiz, PESO Capiz, and Jobs180.com.

In the afternoon, the seminar continued online via Facebook and YouTube Live, focusing on job application readiness, the impact of AI in employment, and financial literacy, preparing students for the demands of the modern workforce.

Spearheaded by FCU Guidance and Counseling Center, the seminar highlighted the importance of adaptability and preparedness, encouraging students to stay informed and proactive as they transition from academe to the professional world.
