Captain Franz Michael Palomar of the Philippine Air Force, together with his colleagues from the AFP and Philippine Coast Guard, paid a courtesy call on University President Dr. George Cortel on August 6, 2026 to discuss community engagements and preparations for the 3rd Leg of the 2026 Philippine Military Academy (PMA) Entrance Examination – Visayas Cluster, scheduled for August 8–9, 2026, at Fort San Pedro National High School.

Also present during the meeting was Community Engagement and Extension Services Office (CEESO) Director Dr. Elica Guillermo.

​Capt. Palomar is a proud alumnus of Filamer Christian University High School Batch 2011.

​Following the meeting, the team conducted an information drive on PMA programs for Grade 12 students of FCU at Roblee Hall.
